PRE-APPOINTMENT

Show up at your appointment ON TIME. Late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled service.

Service will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

If you know you are going to run a little bit behind, please let us know asap by replying to this message with the estimated time for your late arrival.
After 15 minutes late, services can not be accommodated, late appointment will be canceled and considered as a “No-Show“ you still be charged for a full service amount) and you have to schedule for a new appointment. No exceptions.

Be sure to come into your appointment with CLEAN LASHES - NO EYE-MAKEUPS (No mascaras, No eyeliners, No eyeshadows…. Otherwise, an additional charge ($15) for a LASH WASH will be added.
Try to avoid caffeine and use restroom before the service starts.

Highly recommended to wear comfy clothes and bring the earphones with you for your favorite books or musics.
